BREAKING APART

I have created a small series, I'm still working with dementia and the idea behind losing memory and losing part of yourself. I got these picture of my grandma when she was young, I specifically wanted a young picture to show she was no longer that person and her past self was fading away. I wanted to made it look like she was disappearing in someway do I made it to make her look like she was breaking apart. I used triangles to show the aggression in the image as a triangle is a very sharp, this shape also made it look like the pieces were separating and drifting apart.
